SIC Sunsets is a luxury, Bayfront, 3-story vacation rental home with amazing sunset views! A boat slip and a jet ski dock are included with this rental! It has been completely remodeled and updated in 2021. Brand new everything with premium quality bedding. It has well-appointed 4 bedrooms, plus a bonus room that leads to the dockside deck. Sleeps 12. The bonus room sleeps 4 with a premium quality queen sleeper sofa and trundle bed. It is steps to the Sea Isle Yacht Club. SIC Sunsets is in walking distance to restaurants & bars downtown (44th street). You'll have great connection with high speed internet with boosters.
This luxury home sits on the Intercoastal waterway and it is blessed with gorgeous sunset views every evening. Relax on your private docks, fish or swim in the bay, or just relax and enjoy the parade of boats and people that float by all day. The water is 30 foot plus deep and under my docks and the fishing is amazing.
